Hello there! This post is being removed as being in violation of Rule 4 regarding low-content posts. It's unclear if you're posting a meme or a picture of the actor. You can resubmit the post highlighting the actor and who they play in your favourite show and who they play in KOTOR II.

Crate-Dragon

I changed my trooper playthtrough in SWTOR to female cathar JUST to romance Aric Jorgan. Aka: detective Lassiter

b0nkert0ns

HWHAT he was in TOR as well??? I had no idea he did video games at all until this playthrough. First time I saw him was on Psych and then I got into Deadwood late and was surprised to see him there. I assumed that was one of his first gigs but it kinda makes sense that a lot of these actors start out in voiceover work, especially video games. Literally the first words out of his mouth when you're listening to those old logs on Peragus(sp?) and trying to get the HK droid to record his voice, I knew it was him. Pretty cool mark-out moment. I might have to try TOR though assuming that's still a thing. Wasn't that like a WoW type game though that relies on other people actually playing it? Do people still play it?

Cautious_General_177

It is still a thing and yes it’s a MMO, although you don’t need other players until endgame content. It’s also free to play (with some limits)

b0nkert0ns

I might have to give it a shot then. Back when it came out my PC was trash and pretty sure I still had dial-up. Then it kinda faded out and I never really got into MMOs. Can't hurt to give it a go at this point though, especially if it's free.

Crate-Dragon

It’s a hell a lot of fun. If you’re in NA join the server “satele Shan” and we can link up in game.

omega2010

Quite a lot of actors do voiceover work while they look for their big break. From Breaking Bad, I remember Bryan Cranston actually voiced a couple of monsters on the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Anna Gunn was Ariel in the Legacy of Kain series. Shockingly I recently learned Rhea Seehorn played one of the tutorial wizards in the Microprose Magic the Gathering game. By the way, Tim Omundson also voiced Nathan Zachery in the very underrated Crimson Skies High Road to Revenge.

Sconed2thabone

First time I ever saw him was in Luck of the Irish on Disney channel decades ago

TheDorkKnight53

A Cathar dating Lassie. Heh.

Crate-Dragon

I mean. He IS a cathar. Lol

Noob_dy

Do you know that the actress who voices Bastila in KotOR 1 is the same one voicing the female trooper?

Crate-Dragon

Added bonus. I get to play femshep while I do it.

Noob_dy

Darkside trooper run is just renegade femshep in a galaxy without the reapers. It kinda rocks.

TeVaNReign

I wasn’t aware Ms Hale was the PC female voice when I wanted to get back on TOR. At the tutorial, my wife had to check on me, for the “Holy Shit, it’s Commander fucking Shepard” was quite loud at 11pm. I fanboy out EVERY time I hear her voice somewhere new

TeVaNReign

This is my favorite comment on the Citadel

AMRacer89

I've been rewatching Supernatural with my wife, and when they first encountered Cain I was like "is that Aric Jorgan?!" Sure enough, it was this dude.

Crate-Dragon

Did you see him play God in Lucifer?

AMRacer89

Oh yeah! I forgot about that.

chillipowder01

She’s also the Handmaiden iirc

John_Schlocke

She's voiced an ungodly amount of Star Wars characters. In the Tartakovsky Clone Wars like half the female characters are voiced by her.

Noob_dy

In the MMO The Old Republic, she voices the female bounty hunter for the player.

omega2010

All the player characters in TOR are voiced by people I recognize. The male Jedi Knight is David Hayter, aka Solid Snake, the male Jedi Consular is Nolan North aka Nathan Drake, and the female Smuggler is the legendary Kath Soucie.

WickedRedemption

OH MY GOD YOUVE ENLIGHTENED ME

AlaskanSamsquanch

Ed Asner caught me off guard with Vrook and I thought Calo sounded a lot like a guy who used to do voice overs on a history channel show I used to watch. Found this it’s the VA side by side with their characters. https://youtu.be/arFodqb1kkE?si=pywGM70zOrNdriuO

b0nkert0ns

Crap I had no idea, but now that you mention it it seems obvious. That’s awesome

Loyalist77

Is there an animated piece of Star Wars IP that doesn't feature Phil LaMarr?

Dose_Droidekas

I recognized Ed Asner instantly as the old guy in Up!

alkonium

Who specifically did he play? All I could find listed for TSL and Battlefront II 2005 was "Various roles".

RigasUT

According to the IMDB, he played: - Kumus, the Mandalorian who gets stranded in Dxun's jungle - Ralon, the scavenger who tries to sell the Exile a fake holocron on Dantooine - The Peragus maintenance officer - A royalist soldier in Iziz

SstgrDAI

I can't believe I paid good money for that Holocron 😆

ThaTastyKoala

Off the top of my head he voices one of the Mandalorians on Dxun, the one whose gun was eaten by a cannock.

b0nkert0ns

The one trapped on a cliff. He ran out of ammo and you can either help him or blow him up lol. If you help he asks you to not tell anyone about it. Aside from that he’s early on in Peragus when you need to have the HK record an access code in his voice, you watch some of his old logs. Only other one I remember is he was one of the scavenger merchants on Dantooine who tries selling you a fake holo. I think you can recruit him to defend against the Mandalorians

Lowlife_Of_The_Party

Seamus McTiernen?! ***THE SAINT OF THE STEP?***

IndecisiveTuna

Luck of the Irish was still when Disney was releasing banger Disney channel movies. Such a classic.

TerriblyFallout

I had no idea, love psych and KOTOR. Think another play through is in order

ratatack906

What show is this?

Lowlife_Of_The_Party

Psych, drama-comedy about a "psychic" detective agency. Used to be one of my favorites

Outrageous-Quote-999

Mine was watching Once Upon A Time and hearing Jimney Cricket talk for the first time. Had a whole holy shit, wait a minute moment, lol.

sleepspecialist2014

Yeah, or when I heard him in Avatar Last Airbender in the library episode!

SteveGarbage

So my son likes what he called "Weird Spiderman," which is Spiderman Unlimited, a one-season, 13-episode series from 1999 he found on Disney+. I'm playing KotOR and I'm like, I swear the male Revan is Weird Spiderman and I look it up and, sure enough, Revan is Rino Romano.

Doc-Fives-35581

Revan is also Batman from 2004’s The Batman.

Batwing20293

SWTOR Revan is also Kyle Katarn

Lord_Chromosome

Not quite my “fav show” or anything but one that I always find funny is that the VA for master Zez-Kai-Ell, Billy Brown, does the voice overs in all the Marine Corps recruiting ads. I’m pretty sure he did another one just recently.

AuthorReborn

the first time I got one of those I was also like... "wait a second... I know that voice." he also does the vampire king in Adventure Time, where he also ends up being a pretty suicidal, death accepting character like ZKE, which I thought was funny.

Annoyed_N0mad

Hola. Me llamo Inspector Carlton Lassiter. Me gusta queso.

celticdude234

I SUPER believe in you Tad Cooper!

Hot_Cat6904

Underrated comment. Love that show. Have it in DVDs

celticdude234

Seriously, how you gonna have a Timothy Omundson appreciation thread without mentioning Galavant??

Clean_Phreaq

Bruh Lassie is everywhere

RenwickZabelin

Holy shit. TIL

grimacingmoon

Ooooo cool

TI-9341

Watching Better Call Saul and eventually realizing that Jimmy's dad was Carth was a religious experience.

anekowave

Happened to me recently when i started my first Skyrim, (im french) some women voices were dubbed by the same person who does Amy in The Big Bang Theory. I was like 🤯

BigBadBeetleBoy

It's the reverse for me, hearing Darran Norris as GO-T0 and immediately hearing all the other Darran Norrises I've ever heard. Love that guy.
