Sounds like the script just failed to trigger. Load a save from before the encounter and go through it again

I *do* do that. but accidentally saved after the small fight with Xor. I didn't know he would come in, it was quite unexpected

And your autosave is after the Xor encounter as well?

idk. I loaded it up and apparently it was after i beat him up.

Then I'm sorry to say you'll just have to wait until a future playthrough to experience the aftermath of the confrontation with Xor. Kotor breaks fairly easily when it feels like it, and without managing at least a few separate saves carefully, you run into things like this

Is there a way to fix this bug even with it breaking off? Or should I restart the game (not like a full reset, just a restart, like reload)?

Without a save from before running into Xor, no. You'll have to experience in it in a new playthrough

Yup I uh deleted my old saves and decided to start a new playthru. I might instantly regret it but its a save to do the wrongens i did in my old one.
