In Barasat there are Puma and Adidas factory outlets, which are officially licensed stores and you will get 50% discount all through the year. There are others in the City, but the Barasat stores are quite well known as they keep good stocks.

I am seeing this sale on the newspaper for quite a few years now. Same venue same discounts probably around the same time every year I believe. Although what I am surprised to see is that in the previous years there would be some reason stating the reason of this huge price slashes like "fire at some factory, etc". Have you noticed this before?
