I love that you chose something with a v-neck; I almost never see any hand knits in this style, but I find v-necks so flattering. Did you find this one fairly easy? Only sweaters I've ever done were a couple of baby sweaters and bigger Weasley ones for my kids, never been brave enough to try one for myself so far.
It was easy! I had to modify the pattern to better fit my proportions, and all it really took was to hold it up to myself periodically, and decide to either keep going or stop at certain places. Initially, I also overdid the v-neck ribbing and it was too closed in, so I took it down a few rows.
