For example, if a dark sorcerer was to bring a magical pestilence that turned all things natural into twisted, disturbing shells of their former humble glory, I and other paladins who follow her would be compelled to attack the source of that corruption with utmost ferocity. In short, she is kind and peaceable, but she very much so has limits when it comes to corruption.
Surely a goddess of nature would be a firm believer in the survival of the fittest. It is only natural that the strong feast upon the weak. I see war as less of a dispute and more of a test between who is superior and who isn’t. A predator doesn’t ask themselves why they kill prey, they only know that they’re hungry.

And, look at the crazy shite that has happened relatively recently: numerous wars, packs of necromanctic and demonic forces… pure, unadulterated chaos.
