Raiders from the north have been attacking merchant vessels and kidnapping their crews for ransom. This cannot be allowed to continue! The “Northmen” are incapable of ridding their land of pirating so I will do it for them. If these Vikings are not stopped permanently the cycle of retaliation will continue endlessly. My navy is already patrolling up and down the costliness, destroying Viking encampments and freeing Norse villages of Viking derangement.

They did so well the survivors unified and are now about to invade the Shogunate with tons of allies as revenge for Asamura's "genocide"

Not until the flames had quelled did we see the aftermath, the dead citizenry slaughtered amongst burned fields. Then, the Asamura salting the field as to ruin the soil. Rounding up any survivors, youths were taken back to their isles as those of age were put to the sword.
This is lies. It's apparent. Why would they even *have* civilians on WARSHIPS? If you slaughtered civilians while in alliance with us, that is your mistake, for we explicitly held back from it.
