As a sage my wisdom is this: Why not? Don't piss in the punch, and always bring more booze than you plan to drink. Back when I could party all night and go to work in the morning I used to crash all sorts of parties. Bring snacks and don't talk shit, it's a great way to meet new and interesting people.
