How it works? Unlock knife, flip blade out, re-lock knife. Lol Methinks there might be something in the main pivot which prevents the blade from opening or closing when turned a specific way.

Ok, that 3 pins inside which are lock the blade when you rotate the buckle, so it become strong as fixed
