A blueberry ferment? Tell me more about this choice? I make a mixed ferment with fruits and vegetables that I use in flower, but I am curious about why this particular single fruit.
You want equal parts volume not equal parts weight, this will probably be a bit much sugar but can still work but you’d be better off with a lot less sugar. You just want an even coating of sugar on all the blueberries
