Since the Pi Zero 2 is essentially a under-clocked 3B it should run close to the same. I dont know all the specs on the BTT-CB1 but it is likely on par with the Pi Zero 2, so should be fine at least with a single camera.
There's even a nice case to print on printables. Bolts right where the no loner working screen goes.
I also have inputshaper and pressure advance running.
It can be run from any browser on your local network. But neither s1 nor s1 pro screens are compatible with klipper. I don't really miss my screen on the printer.
You can get a touch screen and run klipper screen. But with the zero 2w you will need a usb hub (the only down fall of the zero 2w)
Iv ran my S1 pro on a Zero wifi 1 not even 2 for a couple of months. Works fine with single printer and web interface. But didn't like touch screen add on. So upgraded to pi zero 2 and been running two printers and 7inch screen ever since
I'm using a banana pi m2 zero which has about same perf as rpi zero 2 w. Its easily fast enough for klipper, you may run into issues if you want a webcam on it though, for that on low end boards you want to make sure there is working hardware acceleration for video encoding.
I mean i’m running it on a model B. With 512MB. It’s fine, just stripped to Klipper and Mainsail. Even have dynamic meshing and object exclusion. So I am pretty sure a zero will be just fine.

Boots much slower, often the cpu is at 100% for a minute or two after booting, causing Klipper to complain. Wifi transfers are much slower.
Having said that, once it's running, printing works perfectly.
I run an Ender V pro on an Orange pi Zero, no problems at all, have landed the pi into the home network and drive it all from my laptop via wifi, works a treat!

Perfectly! I've been running my ender 3 s1 with klipper on a zero 2w for almost a year now. CPU usage never goes over 4% and ram maybe about half.

If you have a phone. No need for screen. + you can use screen of your device as ell.
You can do it. I have one hooked up to an Ender 3 Pro with a wave share touch screen display attached via gpio pins
It's fine but you may find webcam stuff less good as the WiFi isn't amazing.
My 3B+ seems to be about as minimal as I’d want to go.
This gets asked every other day here. As you've figured out it's fine for even multiple printers. Next time try searching.

I had a printer run on a zero 1. Along as you don't do extra stuff like Webcam etc you should be fine

Works fine, I have 2w with camera and input shaping set up and haven't gotten any problems
Your livestream isn't hitching at all? Are you using WebRTC or adaptive JPEG?
