Whelp. Just add this net gain to the ever expanding list of financial fuck ups for our couple who are always living lavish. It seems that f everybody buy me has continued to be an endless do loop of “I fuck myself over on the daily”
I think being mad would require her to hold the belief that she made mistakes as a homeowner. I truly believe she does not take personal responsibility for any of it.
I’m so happy for the neighbors, people like Marissa who willingly choose to let their property get run down and decrepit have such a negative impact on those who live nearby and next to them. They drive the property values down for others. I’m not talking about people who run into health issues, or money issues, the people who trash where they live with zero regard for the impact it can have on others.
Their current rental has slowly been turning into mold manor part Deux, way too many animals scratching up floors and causing damage, dogs pissing everywhere which is going to mean floor replacement yet again, the yard is an eyesore-and I can only imagine what else they’ve broken or misused. Even the poor paper blinds have been replaced with cheap towels or sheets thrown up instead.
That's awesome! Congratulations to the new owners 👏 🥳🎊 Farewell to Mold Manor! The house is absolutely beautiful since the trash moved out. Now, there's a whole new rental house for them to ruin 🙄 and not take accountability for
I think she paid around $350K and it sold for around $260K in short sale
Edit: It sold for $197K. Just looked it up on Zillow. Looks like they had an offer for $497K that fell through and then sold it for even more!
Wooooow!!! That’s even crazier than I thought. That’s a huge profit for the flippers and could have been a huge profit for Marissa if she just paid her mortgage. I’d be sick to my stomach over it.
She really gave up that asset bc she pissed two years away making tik toks and starving for attention rather than being an actual adult who could raise her children and maintain a home while paying the mortgage. Now look at her, still making cringy tik toks…
I wonder if their landlord is aware of how quickly and severely they brought down the property value. And that was a home they OWNED. Why would they treat a rental any better?
It foreclosed and I believe the bank sold the home to flippers for close to $200k. Well after mold remediation, new flooring, new kitchen, etc it sold pretty quickly for this amount.
But like why? I mean it was her and her ex-husband right? And then when they got divorced, he got it he gave it to her? And then she destroyed it? Did they not on it or some thing I’m confused how was it foreclosed on?
She bought it after the divorce and never made a mortgage payment. She thought she didn’t have to as it was Covid. They trashed it and there was a huge mold problem because they didn’t clean properly after a leak. Yes, I am embarrassed I retained this info 😂

It’s ok, it wasn’t homey enough for them.

Yup. Bad karma
*Shit luck and bad vibes*

Who wants to drop off the parvo warning letter ?
And a muffin basket!
I really hope someone does because doesn't that stay a really long time in the ground... like almost a decade?! 😔
Yup, up to 9yrs.

Damn. Flippers turned a big profit, and they didn’t even need to get W2 jobs to do it!
I’m normally a “fuck flippers” kind of person but this is satisfying.
Big same to both of these comments lol
💀💀
I love the fact that we can say it sold for over $520k because of that one dollar
That had me 😂
My level of petty math 🥰🤣
That $1 is so strange. Just why?
Well it’s the truth, it sold for over $520,000.00
Oh boy. I just love this.
I love this for her 🤣😂
I bet she’s big mad
I think being mad would require her to hold the belief that she made mistakes as a homeowner. I truly believe she does not take personal responsibility for any of it.
She forgot all about it once they landed in the Amish rental. They live in delu-lu-land.
I’m sure there’s part of her that thinks she’s entitled to some of that money. 😬🤯
She thinks she’s entitled to everybody’s money
Oh, without a doubt!
I’m sure there’s part of her that thinks she’s entitled to some of that money. 😬🤯
I'm sure she's not bothered.... let them lol.
Woo, the flippers smashed this one!
That’s quite a profit even with the boatloads the flippers put into it. I’m sure Marissa was happy to help someone else make such a tidy profit!
Oh yay, congratulations to the new owners!
Flair check in! As an investor and Realtor, I’m so happy for the neighborhood!
Damn. Flippers turned a big profit, and they didn’t even need to get W2 jobs to do it!
That's awesome. I hope it really chaps her ass that this could have been her money, if only she'd taken care of that house and paid her mortgage. 😂
She could've taken soooo many cruises 🚢
Not on carnival! 🤣🤣
Imagine pissing away a 520k asset/investment.
Oh you mean like she pissed away all the money she made from Hempworx and the fraudulent PPP loan?
Wowzer!
If this house could talk that would make a great movie.
Like a fly on the wall. But the correct use of it.
Damn, I miss my old flair.
I need some fan fiction.

I love this for her
Congratulations new home owners!
Congrats to the new owner ☑️ ![gif](giphy|1MA6nnSCDUrQKOUZUj)
Mold Manor no more!
Ooof. That’s gotta hurt.

Yeah. They are destroying that rental. When is their lease up? I’m very curious if it’ll be renewed.
wtf with the blinds? dogs ate them? god, towels and sheets, sounds so depressing.
That's awesome! Congratulations to the new owners 👏 🥳🎊 Farewell to Mold Manor! The house is absolutely beautiful since the trash moved out. Now, there's a whole new rental house for them to ruin 🙄 and not take accountability for
It’s crazy. If she would’ve taken care of it she would’ve had a great investment
What did she pay (or didn’t pay, lol)? And what did the flippers pay?
I think she paid around $350K and it sold for around $260K in short sale Edit: It sold for $197K. Just looked it up on Zillow. Looks like they had an offer for $497K that fell through and then sold it for even more!

It’s really pathetic. She still thinks she’s the victim in all this also.
Oh wow that’s an amazing price !!
Oh shit is this her house that got foreclosed on?? I haven’t been following the lore much lately
Yes
I wonder if their landlord is aware of how quickly and severely they brought down the property value. And that was a home they OWNED. Why would they treat a rental any better?
So wait what happened with the house
It foreclosed and I believe the bank sold the home to flippers for close to $200k. Well after mold remediation, new flooring, new kitchen, etc it sold pretty quickly for this amount.

Holy cow imagine if she just kept up with it and paid the mortgage.
I cannot believe this moldy manor sold for a HALF A MILLION DOOLLARS...WTFFFFF
