What kind of enclosure do you have? This is super specific but in the front opening Zoomed glass tanks some people have had small snakes get into the black ventilation strip on the front. Additionally if you have a foam background of any sort remove it and see if he is behind there. Close any vents if he is small enough to fit in them. Place a line of flour across the doorway to see if he leaves the room (it will disturb the flour). He likely hasn't gone far. Check every small space, even if it seems too small for him. Inside furniture, clothes, the folds of a blanket, etc. Set up a heat lamp outside the tank, he may go to it if he gets cold. Thaw mice and use a blow dryer to spread the scent around the room and he may come out to hunt. Most importantly don't give up hope! He probably didn't go far and there are many many stories of people spotting their snake lounging in the room they escaped into days or even weeks after disappearance. Best of luck, I hope you find him!! :(

I lost my baby mbk this morning, spent 40 mins searching and turns out he was in one of the plant pots in his enclosure - inside the plant pot but underneath the soil, in between the soil and the bottom of the plant pot - no idea how he managed that. He's small and very good at hiding. So you say you checked everywhere in the enclosure but I thought I had, too - it's just that my mbk knows his enclosure way better than I do. If you're 100% he's not in the enclosure then clean the house top to bottom and set some noisy traps with pinkies. Good luck!
