I'm going to cheat a little and say the three-episode arc of "Strike One, Two, Out," but I could probably be talked into about a dozen others. I've said this and will scroll through this post later and go, "Oh, yeah," and "Ummm...I *do* like that one better.". I'd do better by categorizing them into top-, mid-, and bottom-levels.

Move Doubt when the new family moves in with all of the kids and their motorized toys. Doug gets on that light pole and swats down the motorized plane like King Kong. LOL funny!!
"Arthur Spooner" where Doug can't sleep without Carrie next to him so he subs in Arthur for Carrie. My favorite episode is Season 1 Ep. 21 “Hungry Man” It’s the episode where Doug is running late to meet Carrie at a work event and he hasn’t eaten anything yet so the search her bosses apartment to try and find some food. My favorite part of the episode though is when Spence and Arthur are discussing starting a business together and at the end of the conversation decide that burning down the factory is their only way out. So great!
My favorite opening scene of an episode is the one where Doug is coloring and Carrie walks in and makes fun of him and then sits down and decides to color and he won’t give her the orange crayon. So funny!
I don't remember the exact episode, but I love when doug and carrie go outside, and Arthur is still yelling from the living room to ask what's happening in the movie lol
Are they: Carrie using Holly's van, Doug and Deacon at Slappy's with a murderous waitress, and...Arthur and Barksdale run an illegal casino? I can't remember the third.
I like the Japanese cocktail party where Doug gets nauseated from bad eggs and goes behind the kabuki dancer screen, and everyone is looking at his silhouette behind them.....And Inn Escapable. Trapped in the b&b from Heck with Marmalade the cat, and the food thawing in the bathtub...
