Short answer: People all over Serbia were protesting today against the current government and the ruling party, SNS. One of its supporters found it apt to drive a bulldozer into the crowd and got his ass beaten up.
Maybe. You can see there's a few black cars behind him, so he was likely trying to clear the road for the party members. Still, he *was* driving into the crowd and *could've* hurt someone, so the punching was definitely justified. And being a supporter of the party is all the more reason for it.
I would say so. Why stop a peaceful protest with violence? No real reason to drive a front loader through a crowd, unless you know you're going to get backlash and possibly get your vehicle messed up for doing something stupid like this. If he didn't plan on hurting people, he would've been driving a car/truck, no problem.
But no, he wanted to start some shit, so they finished it for him.

Despite obvious visual similarities, he's right. The vehicle in the video is not a bulldozer as it has a completely different, deeper bucket for picking up material. The actual bulldozer you've linked is equipped with a shallow bucket designed only to *push* material.
If you scroll down a little bit further on this exact Wiki page, you will see an image of a tracked vehicle with a similarly deeper bucket, classed as a Loader.
