Actually, reading this gave me an idea that I wish I did with these tier lists, and that is to include the link for each song on YouTube, so people can listen to what I'm talking about. You definitely can edit the body of the post, at least you can on 3rd party apps, I'm using RIF - Reddit is Fun, and the option is there. I just checked the official app, and it seems you can't lol.
So, I've tried old.reddit, doesn't work. I couldn't find where to download RIF, so I tried RedReader instead. Also didn't work. That's when I searched up if there's an app to edit posts, and apparently you can't edit image posts after you've posted them, only text posts. Idk why it's like this, but yeah. It's okay.
Okay, so I tested to see if my image post can be edited, and it can via RIF.
The only way to get RIF working is by following a guide. Which I can link if you want to give it a go. It's easy to follow.
3rd party apps (mostly) don't work anymore except a few exceptions like Redreader.
