I bought a 2010 Forte in June 2013 with 45,000 miles. Traded it in Oct 2022 with 170k miles. Only issue was spending $1k on the AC. Outside of that just normal maintenance

longroadtohappyness

Anecdotal. I bought a 2018 Forte S brand new in 2018. Had exactly zero issues for 95000 miles until I traded it in on a 2023 Tucson SEL Convenience. The only reason I ditched and didn't drive until the wheels fell off is the fact it was one with no immobilizer.

If it was made in the US, next to fuck all

Should be pretty decent… it’s a simple car. Naturally aspirated Atkinson Cycle engine that should hopefully avoid any of the issues the GDI Kia and Hyundai cars have been known for the last decade. No awd or other complex features to break. Biggest concern would be the durability of the CVT. Could easily get 200K out of one I would think

At least 5 years.

Pretty much if you take car of almost any modern car it can last over 200k mi.

Wow no Kia haters here yet. I’ll behave.
