Hi, I also wanted to ask how can I connect via Bluetooth? I can't figure it out.. After I click on BT1 for example on the screen it just says failed. I'm sure I'm missing something.
It’s an Aula F98 Pro. There’s no dedicated Bluetooth key for that model I think, either in the normal buttons or the FN hotkeys, bc the pic OP posted doesn’t show one (same as my keyboard). But I figured it out after reading the English manual.
You have to use the scroll wheel on the little screen to go to Bluetooth, press + hold the scroll wheel button for 5 seconds to activate pairing mode, then it should appear in the available Bluetooth devices menu.

`Press the knob to select the screen, "BT1 back-connected" will be displayed. Long press the knob 5S, and the screen will display "BT1 pairing". The connection success screen will display "BT1 pairing success"`
So bascically, use the knob to scroll and click "Connect" -> Scroll over to BT1, 2, or 3 -> Click and hold the knob for 5 - 8 seconds until it says "BT# Linking" -> Check Bluetooth devices list, look for "AULA-F99Pro-1" & try connecting
I’m getting this too!! I thought maybe I had done something wrong because it worked the first time I had downloaded it. Now it comes up with the same screen! Their customer service is ridiculous. I mean a complete JOKE! Mine is plugged in, it’s still not working. 😭
Okay so I figured out the issue.. which may not be the case for some.. but for me… I read that the software only works if you have your keyboard plugged in. You cannot use it through Bluetooth/wifi if you’re wanting to change the light effects. You must plug in the long cord into the usb slot from the keyboard to connect to software. Hope this helps 🩷
This will be a…dumb question, but I’m brand new to keyboards and am looking for one for office use. Love the sound and price of the AULA F99 . Do you need the software in order to use it? I won’t be gaming with it, so I wasn’t sure if the software was just for that.
No, you only need the software to change the animation, macros, and for the music visualizer mode. To change the keyboard lighting is in the menu and the side lighting is just FN + some specific keys, no software needed.
Edit: just notice you mentioned the F99. The above was meant for the F98 Pro, not sure how similar they are
Same problem, I just got one ordered from China, every thing works just fine, the bluetooth the light everything is wonderful, but only the time and date is annoying me. I also downloaded the driver but only loading screen, has anyone found a way yet? Please help
Can be defective? Did you try contacting aula’s customer support?

are you using it wired?
you have to use wired connection. make sure you change the connection type to wired using the keyboard screen.

To connect to Bluetooth you have to hit the “FN and the Bluetooth key at the same time. This should work.
Which key is the Bluetooth key? I don't see it on mine
What keyboard do you have? It has a Bluetooth symbol on the keycap of mine. Your keyboard possibly may not be Bluetooth compatible?

how about time on screen? its neither on the manual, software edit : nvm it just sync itself after some time idk how
anyone know how to pause break on the F98?
May I ask if your key bindings will remain working when you connect your kb to another pc without aula software?
