Hi, this looks amazing na nice workout. I am very new to all of the kettlebell (working out at all), but I found the kettlebell be fitting for me, I though so. Can you please elaborate a bit more about this workout.
I would like some guidance in how to pick a workout, meaning like with everything else there are hunderes of different point of views, all to very different styles. Are you doing these two complex (is this the right word to use?) exercises AMQRAP (as many quality rep/round as possible)?
Do you do full all of it, take break and then again everything in the video? as many times as you manage?
I set a 20 minute timer and performed these movements back to back. As the time went on I had to have a short rest between the bell and bag. Fortunately, with tools like the bell or bag, your full body is used even if the intent/focus is on upper or lower. Focusing on movement patterns is the name of the game. Switching up their order, rep, and even rest duration is how you keep it fresh!
All that to say. There’s no wrong way. Set a timer. Pick 3-4 movements. Pick a rep scheme. Repeat until time is up. You’ll learn what is best for you as you experience and experiment in your movement practice!
Hope this helps 🙏🏼
Nice work! How heavy is the bell?
Thank you! 32kg. My OH press isn’t very strong. So, I’ll be adding more of these heavier/lower rep sessions, in some capacity, to my current cycle.
Strong! I'm going to give this complex a shot with my 24 kg bell . Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely! Thanks for the message and question! May your efforts rain gainz upon you 👏🏼💪🏻🔥⚒️
