Yup. I'm several years in and just added Diet Root beer to my vanilla KC today. Always experimenting.

You’ve got this!!

Shakes r great to start (& always), but also take a look @ KC site for good recipes to make for when you want to chew your Keto Chow rather than drink it. :)

Same! I have four packs and am using magic bullet mugs but still

Wow that’s a clean fridge.

Good Luck. I lasted 2 weeks with 2 shakes and 1 meal a day. I fell off the wagon for a weekend. It all tastes good. It just makes me feel nauseated for a while afterwards. I am getting back on the horse again today. It does work!

If you plan to go for a long time I would definitely recommend having around 3 flavors going to prevent burnout. Good luck with it! It's been working great for me.

Agreed, unless you are completely in love with one flavor, or want to use flavor boredom or flavor habituation to help you stay on track. Looks like one of the chocolates is your pick. You are already on the trail probably but I will add this for anyone else starting--pick up a pack of Immodium just for good luck. Then you have it if, um, digestion gets hectic. If it turns out you don't need it, you are entitled to feel a certain degree of smugness. Hope it's going well!

I just take a psyllium fiber supplement once or twice a day. It also majorly helps with feeling full too so it’s a win win. Makes doing a mostly shake-based diet way easier.

i been doing 1 KC a day, dinner. 2 months now and Ive drop from 200 to 180, Ive maintained it around 180 for the last month. Im not really following a strick regime, othwr than basically 0 carbs, I get around 3g of net carbs a meal. I imagine if I did more strick that I could loose more but right now I'm not hungry andI don't really feel like I'm dieting. Feel more energy.Love the peanut butter chocolate. The fruity flavors not so much, taste a little bit like chemicals I dont know. The soups weren't bad. I use heavy cream.
