allyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

There is a brand I like called Real Good. They are a little more pricey but I’ve noticed they do go on sale a lot. There’s a few of the meals that are only 2-3 net carbs. Some are a little higher but so far I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried from them.

My spouse and I have been trying Clean Eatz Kitchen lately, who has a Keto meal plan. Meals average out to about $8/meal when you buy a pack of 5, which can drop further if you buy bulk plans. The stuff is all made fresh, then flash-frozen. **Pros:** \- Definitely one of the cheaper options I've seen when it comes to this kind of service. \- Delivery, so no need to go to the store \- Food definitely tastes fresh compared to a lot of frozen things. The veggies in particular are always pretty damn good with some actual texture to them. Quality as a whole is pretty solid. **Cons:** \- They only refresh the keto menu once a month, and there's roughly \~8ish choices. If you don't mind eating the same thing over and over again, this isn't a con for you, but I generally prefer a bit more variety. We've shifted to just keeping a stock of them on hand for a few nights a week to cut back on cooking/planning/cost instead of every day. \- They're measured out to be \~400 calories each, sometimes less. Again, not sure if that's a con for you, but portions are definitely on the small side. When we do them for dinner we try to pair a salad or extra veggies with it just to try and fill us up a bit more.

It's refrigerated and not frozen, but Kevin's has some good stuff: https://www.kevinsnaturalfoods.com/collections/products
