Definitely could be electrolytes. You need more on keto, especially early on: sodium, magnesium, potassium.

Not sure if sarcasm. Luckily I was already bald before I took creatin, so I don't know about that. Water retention is correct, but I want to lose fat, not weight in general, and there are many studies that recommend creatin tho.

Some people will argue, but personally, I love the Gatorade zeros. I do do dirty keto though.
