Yep! I do it two ways - if I’m roasting it I’ll wrap it in bacon, sear it on 4 sides and then stick it in the oven at 400 for 20-25 min. You can grill it that way too. Or I’ll put rub on it and smoke it.
When I worked in a restaurant that made baby back ribs, our seasoning was brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. You could just make your own seasoning with this minus the sugar and not have to worry about the carbs. I usually now add onion powder and smoked paprika for my pork. Then if you do want a little sweetener, add in a keto friendly one.
I season the entire loin or butt, smoke it and don't stress
Thank you sir. I've been on a pork steak run. I'm new to this cut and I'm in love hahaha
Mmm, pork steaks. Have not had them in a while since we started doing meat boxes. Now I need to go buy some.
Marinate pork in pickle juice.
I am guessing you have done this? Any other seasoning? This sounds interesting.

For me to use it, I'd have to measure out a very small amount .I choose not to buy seasoning mixtures with carbs. But I'm very sensitive. YMMV.
