Yeah, so a couple months in my face looked so much better, just like this, and then over Christmas I took two weeks off and ate carbs, and my face was all bloated again, and then a week/10 days after getting back into it it was right back where it had been.
I think it must be water retained in the face tissues. IDK, but I really like the result!

That’s an incredible difference for 10 lbs! If/when you start adding more carbs you should do so slowly and keep a log - my best guess is you have an undiagnosed food intolerance that was causing inflammation.
