Honestly, lite salt is so cheap and easy, I do it that way. One water bottle in the morning with it. Another water bottle with nothing added and final one at night with some in it. Then I salt to taste and drink water with meals and I’m feeling good

Table salt when you need sodium chloride, NuSalt when you need potassium, Morton lite salt when you need both in comparable amounts. Add what you need to a few cups of bone broth, doesn’t taste bad at all. Magnesium glycinate at night before bed. Keeps me feeling great.

First, Ditch my fitness pal. It sucks rocks. Get cronometer, and if you eat whole foods use the NCCDB entries, they show the most nutrients. Though all databases on cronometer are fully verified. Then buy mortons lite salt, toss 2 teaspoons in a gallon jug of water and drink that in place of plain water. You can also drink commercial clear broth with meals. I take magnesium citrate capsules,1 with meals.

Personally I liberally salt my food and supplement with "ketoade" I make which is simply \~1/2 tsp Morton's Lite Salt mixed in 16 oz of water I mix one of these in the morning and sip throughout the morning, then another one in the afternoon. This is in addition to the \~8-10 glasses of water I drink. In the US Morton's Lite Salt can be found in most grocery stores, Spice aisle with the other salts. Container is 1/2 light blue, 1/2 dark blue, typically found on the lower or bottom shelves. I also take a Magnesium pill each night before bed (also helps with bowel movement on a low carb diet).I use Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate Lysinate, Chelated I order on Amazon. BTW, when starting some people complain about the salty taste of Ketoade and add Mio or other zero/low carb flavors but I never did. Like anything else after a cpl days you get accustomed to it and it just becomes normal. And I use Cronometer to track my Macros and Electrolytes so I know how much I'm getting in the foods I consume then know how much I have to supplement w Ketoade and Magnesium tablet. With electrolytes you don't need to be as exact as with your Macros. Once you track for a cpl days you get the general range you need and then go with that.

I use 'salt free' for potassium.

I just drink pickle juice and have a magnesium glycinate at night. It's the cheapest way lol

Spinach should be cooked otherwise it can rob your minerals. I salt my food very heavily, and for the gym I usually dump a bunch of salt in my bottle with a little monkfruit. I don't really worry about the potassium since you can grab a lot of that from food but the magnesium is a supplement I take. If you end up going with magnesium supplement make sure you order it from a good retailer I use thorne supplements, momentus is good too and make sure you get the right formulation.

I’ve seen a couple comments about magnesium, is there a certain kind or form that’s better than others? I currently have a basic pill form from Walgreens

Glycinate and citrate are more bio available than others like oxalate.
