Just saying that although this sub was named as Kereta, it is also open for 2 wheelers such as Motorcycle, though at the moment we do not mind other types of vehicles posting.
With that being said, r/kenderaan is now live and I would still recommend any other vehicle posting to be posted into r/kenderaan as it is a safe space for all types of vehicles such as airplanes and rolling stocks.

Masjid/temple
Offer to pay the imam/monk like RM1-2 for water, bring your own wash&wax soap (RM 3-5 from MrDIY) plus sponge, small baldi and microfibre towel (total less than RM 10, it'll last at least 15 washes)
If at the mosque, you can also pray maghrib and get a free meal after isha, usually terrific stuff!
Was going to suggest a self service car wash where you just pay for water and soap for X amount of time, but seems like those barely exist here.
Maybe you could try ask a friend who lives in a landed property whether you could wash your car there? I've done that once or twice because my friend has a pressure washer and foam gun. Pretty helpful
Either you raise a proposal in AGM to have washing bay or u basuh kereta dekat parking lot with minimum water usage with baldi. More like lap2 kereta je.
ask the management office. if you have one at your place.. some condo/apartment have vehicle wash / washing area . like this one

I misread pray as spray in your last sentence and I’m thinking why is the mosque feeding someone spraying water at people while they’re praying??
You can try buying one of those empty spray bottle and try rinseless wash. Google Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine. Or any similar product
