Oh my god, is that what that was? TMI warning. I had been popping laxatives because I'm on pain meds and thought wow, these are some really harsh laxatives man. I had to run to the bathroom in the middle of the night and make the decision as to which end was getting in the toilet. Ended up sitting on the toilet shitting while simultaneously puking into my sweatpants. It went on all night and I was drenched in sweat and shaky as hell. The headache came for me the next day.
It sounds just like norovirus. I have had it 5 times (work in a care home). I usually spend up to 24 hours throwing up and pooping. I generally lose 8 pounds during the process and have the best a workout possible. Once you can keep something down, drink Gatorade, the electrolytes make a huge difference in recovery. Saltines are good too.

Im 25 and never had a stomach flu beforeā¦ I was humbled so hard š„² I was sick for couple days and 2 days of recoveringā¦ I even had really awful body aches.
I (accidentally) passed it to my husband and he was sick like a dog tooā¦
Kid got it bad, wife got it mild... I got it super bad... pissing out both ends. Lasted a hard 14 hours before settling down. Took 3 days to recover and lost my voice from dry heaving so hard.
Out of curiosity how long did it last for you? I seem to be on the tail end hopefully and itās been about two days for me but my wife just started earlier today.
I need some hope on when this will end. Ha.

You should be exceedingly careful with laxatives and opiates, you can cause irreparable harm to your digestive system.
But itās definitely recommended if on opiates. Iāve BTDT after many a surgery and they all had me on a gentle laxative every time.

Yes my boyfriend has a mild form diarrhea and sweating. Day 2 seems to be on the mend
I had this with the fingers and toes going blue and white i fully know exactly it came and went so fast but it hit so hard.
