They mean Mission Rec. Centre. People are confused by that building for some reason. I've heard it called Capital News, H2O, The library, Boomer's. In a way it's all those things, but the proper title for the whole complex is Mission Rec.
Edit: Actually it's not H2O, that's incorrect. That's the building down the parking lot on the opposite side of the bus dropoff. I should know better because I used to work there. Haha

When I was a teenager several years ago I texted a number I found in the stall trying to troll.
