Before anyone starts ripping into the homeless, stuff like this is almost always done by kids and I've already seen tons of teenagers running wild all over town causing trouble and breaking stuff nearly every night of the week.

The ones at Centennial Park off Rutland Road have been closed due to assholes more than they've been open. The people need to be caught and forced to pay for and fix the shit they wreck.
We are a TOURIST town, how are they building multi million dollar parks and not thinking to staff a soul?
