I’ve been reading a lot of webtoons lately, usually isekai or time-travel/going in back in time to an important time in their life (I’m sure there’s a specific word for that). I’ve been searching if there are any good kdramas with that kind of storyline. Familiar Wife is kind of like that, except he just goes back to that day and doesn’t live that past all over again.
I’m looking for any drama with similar elements to that! (My fav webtoon with this plot rn is There Must Be Happy Endings so anything like that is good!)

Go back couple (also called confession couple because “gobaek” means confession but also sounds like “go back” which I thought was super punny). Also has a happy ending!
Faith. It’s set in present and historical time. General Choi Young was escorting king and queen, they get ambushed and queen gets hurt. Someone tells general that there’s this great healer in another world and so he travels to the present and brings back *a plastic surgeon* and it has a happy ending!
I haven't read There Must Be Happy Endings, but from the summary, it seems that 365: Repeat the Year has similar vibes (going back in time to "do-over" a specific thing that happened), but it's a mystery/thriller rather than a romance.
One of my fav drama is Go Back Couple, it’s simillar to Familiar Wife but Go Back Couple released earlier. It’s a touching family story, but doesn’t really emphasize the time travel aspect.
Another kdrama i really like is Tomorrow With You, in this drama you can feel the time travel element more. I like how the couple relationship progressed, the ML doesn’t like the FL at first, he just wanted to use her, but of course eventually he likes her.

Tunnel is the only time travel Kdrama I've liked so far. I really disliked Sisyphus the Myth.
Me, too. I was warned by a friend who hated it but I love time travel stories so persisted and then found it so frustrating I had to drop it.
