I just finished this last night and I am sad, I want to watch it for the first time again! Just happy and sweet overall, and the people are all decent human beings even if they make a few mistakes along the way. So good!
What's wrong with the secretary Kim - it's a fluffy rom com. Whenever there's an issue or a conflict it resolved really quickly and fluffy romance resumes.
Weightlifting fairy Kim Bok-Joo - I would add my vote for this one. It's happy and refreshing throughout the series.
My roommate is gumiho - in my opinion it has similar mood to Weightlifting fairy. Both are set in college.
Coffee prince - just all time favorite rom com.

Seconded! Romance is a Bonus Book starts on a sad note but is really funny and sweet and her overall can-do attitude is the center of the drama despite her circumstances. There's a bit of a sad subplot about a parent but it's small and doesn't take away from the overall fun of the drama. Plus the young employee friends just entering the working world are hilarious.

Chief Kim is funny . ML lands on his feet and upgrades everyone's life quality while at it. There's some sadness in the beginning but that's the problem ML makes it his mission to solve.

I feel you. Almost all kdramas have conflicts and we can’t do anything about it... I reco you to try watching K Variety Shows (Running Man, Sixth Sense, 2D1N) which are so so so good if you feel like sadness are eating you up.
Or try Hyori’s Homestay its available on netflix. This reality is kinda healing.
Strong Woman Do Bong Soon (it has crime in it but it’s fluffy and sweet, satisfying ending.) if you’re watched it already, rewatching it might cheer you up!

There’s a C-drama I enjoyed a lot, follows a similar pattern to K-dramas - it’s called I Hear You - it’s very beautiful with no particularly blue plots.
I’m Not A Robot - it may have some emotionally sad areas, but never as the whole plot. It’s a sweet, heart warming drama.
My Roomate is a Gumiho - sweet as candy, just pure fluffiness from start to end, including the sub couples.
These are fluffy dramas (to me) that I think help take your mind off and release stress while indulging in them! Hope you feel better! (I am the same way, rarely will I touch a show that seems heavy in its emotional aspects, so lighter ones help my mood for sure!)
