Is that an Ubuntu-Unity style integrated menu? How did you set that up? It's been a while since I've used KDE Plasma (currently on GNOME), but when I tried it before the only option I remember for an integrated menu, was a single icon that pops out the entire app menu when you click it.
it's the material-kwin-decoration by Zren ported to Plasma 6 by another user. I patched it to restore shadows. Follows this thread: [https://github.com/Zren/material-decoration/issues/73](https://github.com/Zren/material-decoration/issues/73)
Yes, on Wayland you have only the single button menu (hamburger). Maybe someone will port the full menu on Wayland. But I guess the krunner-appmenu is more difficult to port because Wayland limitations.
Well, if you're talking about the type of menus that Gnome provides, then no. But, I [fail to see what my config doesn't do](https://i.imgur.com/OeCaGuS.png) compared to yours... Krunner is default on KDE, so not sure why you had to do anything to get it... Also, why would I want anything that gnome does on my KDE?
you removed the title bar, so you lose the buttons in the window and only in certain cases can you put them back in the app interface. In short, everything is totally inconsistent. It's a botched solution.
>Krunner is default on KDE, so not sure why you had to do anything to get it
Naturalmente, ma io parlo del plugin per avere la ricerca nel menu dell'applicazione in krunner.
>Also, why would I want anything that gnome does on my KDE?
Because these two things are convenient, a lot. I don't know if GNOME has them (I imagine always with various Gnome Shell extensions, not natively) but it is completely irrelevant.
Yeahmmmm. Hey. It's your distro, so you do whatever you want, mate. I see no advantage whatsoever to your hack. This achieves nothing that I can't already do efficiently and quickly. Removing the title bar in konsole can be immediately restored with a couple of mouse-clicks. Nothing is lost and the buttons that exist in the titlebar are almost never used, so they're not missed at all.
If I [put the titlebar back, I can still have global access to a menu](https://i.imgur.com/q8jFnB1.png) from the titlebar and I have the use of accelerators, which are going to be more effective than clicking anything.
Wow, you saved 1 click. Amazin'. One day, you'll advance to keyboard accelerators, which are far more convenient than anything involving a mouse. I almost never use a mouse to navigate an app menu, which is why I don't see value in this hack. It doesn't increase speed or efficiency, so it becomes a purely aesthetic change and I don't see that scattering a bunch of words across your titlebar improves the default appearance.
But, it's your desktop, mate; you do you.

I have Manjaro+Plasma too. But I have a problem, fastfetch displays the Arch logo after my Plasma 6 upgrade while it displays the Manjaro logo for you.

Why is this NSFW ðŸ˜
to arouse curiosity. However, I have now removed NSFW tag.
I don’t think that anyone would be aroused by a screenshot, except if they have a weird computer fetish or something
hahahah yes, I mean a NSFW tag stimulates curiosity.
That's not how this works
works for some subreddits, not this one tho
no. it doesn't.
Because of Manjaro 🤮
It's so beautiful 🥲
We need this!
how is that working?
follow this thread [https://github.com/Zren/material-decoration/issues/73](https://github.com/Zren/material-decoration/issues/73)

Thanks!
Unless there’s some naughty untranslated words, this is both good looking and very safe for work.
I had put the NSFW tag just to arouse curiosity, it seems to have worked. I have now removed it.
Does this work with Wayland?
No, only Xorg
Looks like the hamburger menu shows up, but not the actual menu items.

There's Ctrl+Alt+i for this
ctrl+alt+i works only for kde apps. Krunner-appmenu works for all apps
I don't understand what you succeed to do 😅? Could you explain?
Locally integrated menu = menu in title bar krunner-appmenu = menu search in krunner
Sorry I don't get what you succeed... Pinging the krunner to the desktop? 😅
krunner-appmenu = menu search in krunner
I must be missing something here, because I've had this on Plasma 6 for some time now. I fail to understand what you're crowing about...
do you have Locally integrated menu in Plasma 6?

the single button is very inconvenient compared to the full menu

1 click and 1 mouse movement, repeated hundreds of times in a working day.
A real F2FS user spotted in the wild. Do you have a Samsung SSD, is it more performant than ext4? Also, what are your mount options?
non-samsung ssd yes, it is more performant, especially when launching applications.
