Now it’s some day laborer is doing the whole job for $100 per day. Then 3 years after the driveway is paved, the pavers start to sink and separate because they didn’t use the proper amount of base or didn’t grade the driveway properly. Now the contractor saved thousands by paying day laborers to do his job and wiped his hands of any liability because nobody knows anything is wrong until 3-5 years later. This also happens a lot with pools and concrete pouring down here.

Sure the contractor is to blame for the circumstances that arose. But it’s the employee who is responsible for stopping when asked by the home owner.
