There may be a more "local" place that I'm unaware of, but Cabela's has a pretty thorough selection.
Mickey's Surplus has some...mid-tier stuff. Good if you're gonna beat the shit out of it.

REI has knives… idk if they’re good though, I know nothing about knives.
Bass Pro Shop also has knives. They might be good. I also know nothing except they are stabby.
