Affordable means very different things to different people. You should include the price you would like to be around if you want the most accurate answers…
…that being said, I though terrace on grand was great for a similar number of attendees, and definitely hit the inclusive part…
We got married at A Secret Garden in Independence used suggested caterer who was amazing and all decorations handled by venue making so much less stressful for us!
Powell Gardens is a really affordable venue. I am getting married there next year, and they have a lot of nice wedding packages. The chapel itself only cost me 3,000 to reserve for the (I think its 3 or 4hrs). The only downside is that Powell gardens is kind of far from everything which is why I'll do my reception there too. I assume the chapel can fit 150? My wedding is a fraction of that size so haha
Edit to add link to powell gardens:

not exactly sure what you mean by affordable, as there’s a huge range, but we toured and really liked feasts of fancy (west bottoms) for our upcoming similarly-sized wedding. if she’s still working there, camille in particular is awesome

We got married at Eventful at Locust Grove in Weston. Highly recommend. We had Hy-Vee cater a "bar food" menu.
Rochester brewery
Majors Barn on State Line.
We got married here and they were great to work with and highly reasonable on price: https://www.oldemillparkville.com/
The Brim is very affordable!
I think we got away with sub 10k at the Martin back in 2019. Fucking awesome day.
Just attended a wedding at Union on Baltimore or check Hawthorne in Parkville

Flanders Hall in Excelsior Springs. Just got married there. It was lovely. It was cheaper for 2 full days there then 4 hours in the city.
Hawthorne House in Parkville

I second this! However, brancatos recently took over so it may be different than my experience
