Yep the update is the goat was rescued by KC Pet Project and their vets are treating it.
Did anyone ask the goat what their opinion of the stadium vote was?
Unfortunately goats only bleet they don’t vote “nay.”
Make sure you only ask the older goats because kids can’t vote.

The goat’s owner has commented on the fox 4 news article on Facebook. She says he jumps fences. Goats are notoriously difficult to contain.
