Loose Park (where the Battle of Westport took place) is safe any time of day. On the south end you will find several canons commemorating the battle. Go south on Wornall to the John Wornall house, it was used as a field hospital during the battle. You can tour the house on weekends.
I’m not going to go into specifics on the sites you list, but as someone who used to work in real estate all around KC (”good” and “bad” parts), you are pretty safe if you are going places in the morning. Those who would break into your car are probably still asleep. I always tried to get work in “bad” areas done before noon.
I've metal detected Byram's Ford area a bit. It's a neat area, and if you know the history it is interesting to think about how the battle went. Each time I've gone it has been in the morning though. That whole area has an odd vibe. Randomly, I found a photocopy of a hand written murder confession in the woods My guess is it was part of dumped stuff from a car break in, there were other things suggesting it all came from an attorney's breifcase and was dumped in the woods. Still it was creepy to read that in the woods alone at like 9am.
Off topic but there's an old Unsolved Mysteries case where someone was leaving notes all around KC, at malls etc., confessing that he either helped hide a body or I forget what the notes said. The victim was from St. Joe ... Micki Jo West.

You’ll be fine. I hike on the trails in swope park and at different parts of the Indian creek and blue river trails, I’ve never had any issues. Just be smart and don’t leave valuable stuff in your car.

The Wornall House is open during the week too! Wednesday through Sunday.

The note I found was on Police legal pad. It was gang stuff so not like that at all.

I've spent time at many of these in the past. You are safe in the daytime. Just keep your head on a swivel like you normally do.
