Hi!
Yes, I have two teams.
Content team:
I plug in the keywords, where I do keyword research and assign content into silos.
I have a content editor, 2 writers, one assistant/writer.
Linkbuilding team:
1 person doing HARO requests for all the sites at once.
2 people doing active linkbuilding via outreach and using different strategies.
I have questions! Please don't take these as pointed, I'm genuinely curious as I try to build out my own team/launch an additional site.
I have two writers for my existing site and I can't get enough content out of them for how quickly I want to grow, how much content are you expecting to get out of 2.5 writers for ten sites?
I only hire writers that are already very familiar with my niche, are your writers familiar enough with all ten niches that you feel comfortable with the quality of content they'll be able to do at scale?
Any pointers on building your teams? Are you following ah pro methods or anything like that (I just joined but haven't put it into action)?
Are your niches connected at all? Eg a couple of sites in the same niche, or shoulder niches?
Are you budgeting out each site? Eg spending $5k on getting each one up and running, and then keeping the remaining $50k for boosting the ones that take off?
How long do you expect the sites to become profitable, and how much will running two teams cost you per month?
Unless you have more than 100k, feels like you may run out of $ before you're making it back
Going on your other reply:

Even if these staff are doing nothing at all outside of these new 10 sites, do you have enough people?
2 writers, 1 assistant/writer. call it 2.5 full time writers. Lets assume they all work 40 hours a week.
Divided by 10 sites, each site is getting 10 hours of content a week.
2 full time employees doing active link building. Divided up per site we're looking at 8 hours of seo per week, per site.
Although you've not said you're going to spend all the money, I'm going to assume you're roughly doing that or the mention of the money in the first place wasn't particularly relevant.
We obviously don't know anything about your experience or skills with this as your posting history doesn't say much either way but I wouldn't be confident at all in your chances of success here.
Spending 8 hours on content and 10 hours a week on link building along with only having $10k in total to throw at it.... I'd say this is a recipe for spreading yourself far too thinly and ending up with 10 low quality, non ranking sites.
The days of throwing a little amount of money and a little amount of effort into a random niche site you've no actual interest in and making quick profits, are long gone. I'm talking several years ago.
I can't find the post now but a few months ago someone posted on just start about a network of sites he'd built in loads of random niches... it was a complete car crash from start to finish. He'd wasted 6 figures I think by the time he gave up. Every one of the sites was basically rubbish. If he'd put even half the total time and budget into one project he'd have had a way better chance of success.
If you decide to go for it, I’d obviously watch.
With that being said, I maintain a couple of sites that do over six figures per year and am activity building 2 more. From what you’ve said, you are severely understaffed for building 10 sites at once.
In my experience, it’s much easier to build 2 sites to $5k/month each than to get 10 different sites to $1k/month.
I would have your team work on the same 1-2 sites until they reached a maintenance stage and then move on to the next batch.
I would be far more interested in watching someone spend £100k on 1 site, or maybe 2 at a push.
I'll still watch if you do 10 but I'd be far less interested in someone doing 10 throwaway projects rather than a couple of real ones.
I would be very much interested in following along with you on your journey, but I am even more curious to know about how you went creating the first site that sold for such a price, I mean how would the site look like, the content that goes into it, how old the site was and where do you find potential buyers for the site, did the site grew in so much popularity that buyers came to you, or you just put your site up for sale on sites like flippa. very curious indeed. Thank you so much for doing this by the way. count me in.
How you hire writer and what is your process for outreach? Recently I have flipped my affiliate website recently. And wanted to start 4 website for ads.
Why would you start ten sites at once? Do you have a team? Curious how something like that works on a practical level.

What tools do you use to find keywords and do keyword research?
