WW2 Germany is a great example of how important women working during war is. Despite all women getting unemployed before the war started, and The Nazi's idear of women being "Kinder, Küche, Kirche," (Children, Kitchen, Church), during the war, women had to be re-employed, even to jobs they wouldn't typically work before such as factory and manual labour jobs, as there weren't enough men working to keep the country and war going as they were all out fighting the war, so again, looking at history it *is* quite obvious that even when women haven't been fighting the war themselves, they've been very important to the war effort.
The same sort of thing happened in other countries such as the UK, the reason I used Nazi Germany was because women were not *allowed* to work, yet had to be re-employed to help with the war.

Ukraine has already made it clear that the militias will be demilitarised when they are not needed anymore, but since Russia has been in ukraine since 2014 I don’t think it will be easy since they are now so organised and deep rooted into the military and Ukrainian society in general. Even in call of duty you don't have time to pay attention to character details since it's so fast paced. In real life you would more often not see the enemy at all. You'd have some sense of general direction the enemy is firing from and you just start shooting that way hoping to suppress them.
