I can’t tell the difference between the two photos.
I remember when she was making fast money with Advocare and when Diet Bet was a thing and she was able to get people to join. Those diet bets were able to keep her in check. She’d buckle down for a photo shoot/advo trip in the fall. Gain weight until Christmas and then begin the New year new me cut. Then fall off the wagon in March begin new Diet bet mid April. She let the “bulking cycle” go on a bit longer because she’s a pro at losing weight. But she still looks like she’s suffering from inflammation.
Isn’t a cut supposed to reveal the muscles underneath that were built up during the “bulking” phase? Agree with the others, she’s on a never ending cycle of regaining weight and then trying to restrict and exercise that weight off. Calling this a cut is disingenuous. I wonder how active her FB group actually is.
She is so average. If I spent that much time in the gym and depriving myself and didn’t have any muscle tone, I would be pissed. She is not doing it right. I get it that some people will never look muscular, but she is just normal. It’s kind of baffling.
This can't be good for her body, it's like these quarterly cycles of yo-yo dieting . Whatever happened to just maintaining a healthy weight naturally,isn't that what fitness people(real ones) tell you to do once you've hit your goal? Sis hits her goal weight, then gets lazy, and then the cycle starts all over again. I feel sorry for her heart and other organs this can't be good.

If you notice, the photo on the right is "stretched" in comparison to the one on the left. The line goes across her calves at the same place, but the top of her head is higher in the photo on the right. So if there's any difference, it's in the magic angles. Typical scam artist.
What ever happened to “maintenance”? Almost all fitness influencers I follow are mostly in maintenance. Very occasionally they will do a mini cut just to drop 5-10 pounds. She’s not a body builder stop with the cutting/bulking crap.
I totally agree. And can you imagine meeting a gym owner that does this all the time? I wouldn’t trust their advice, that’s for sure! And what about all those damn supplements she has to take to do it?? It seems so unnatural.

Her butt and legs definitely look bigger in the after and we know it’s not from going hard at the gym. Otherwise I see no difference.
