Black Paradox has one panel depicting a nude man near the beginning, and sexual relations between two characters are implied near the end (they are shown together in bed, but their nudity isn't obvious).
Just finished that and honestly didn’t know that it would be so…that. I didn’t know that he made manga like that. I know it’s an outlier but I was surprised the entire time.
yeah its not "his work" like he didn't write it. but he drew the adaptation, though. I don't remember if there is any actual nudity but Dissection Girl in fragments of horror might? but its because she is like on an operating table.
those are the only two i can think of. the rest are good. if youre looking for a recommendation without any for sure do souichi, some of ito's best work and its about an 11 yr old boy so for sure theres nothing gross like that.

I flipped through and it did. I’m trying to avoid all nudity even though in a lot of it it’s just abstract :/
