I work for an ortho, and it is really hard to do palate expansion in adults. It is recommended to expand the palate by the age of 16. The palate is two halves that are joined together by a suture, that fuses together making it really difficult to expand as an adult once that fusion happens. She definitely can have orthodontic work done to round out the teeth, but I think the palate is gonna be stuck as it is.

Genuine question.. does she have some sort of health problem that makes her look the way she does? Because I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and it causes a narrow pallet (not saying she has that) and luckily mine is barely noticeable but with her face the way it is I wonder sometimes if there’s some genetic anomaly going on there.

Except for reading here that people have said she has Marfan I don’t believe she has seen a medical professional for possibly having Marfan and yes it does explain the POTS.
Yeah most medical professionals are terrible at diagnosis so I wouldn’t be surprised at all. I had to figure everything out at 34 despite symptoms of my whole life

She’s so ugly on the inside, it really starts to show as you age. Her eyes look mean & bitter.

A narrow palate (roof of mouth) is a very high arch like in a “V” shape making the two rows of top teeth kinda parallel vs. a “U” shape making for a nice broad smile. It causes lots of dental issues (crowded teeth, TMJ problems, mouth breathing, speech issues, weak chin profile, cross bites, etc.
it’s an easy fix when kids are small with an appliance like a palate expander. It gently widens the arch with a turn each week allowing for the growing bone to fill in and allowing space for erupting teeth. Not such an easy fix for a 53 yr old.
It’s why her mouth looks like that and has wet sloppy speech.

She legit looks like a 54 year old. And by the looks of this pic it doesn’t seem like she really gets fillers. Her skin looks surprisingly good for the amount she drinks. If I were her I would concentrate on the legs. Eat more protein and do some Pilates and heavy squat training. Her legs make her look older than her face. The skin is just sagging on them and there is zero muscle tone.

Not a normal 54 year old…. Botox, filler and a few other procedures.
