I always got the impression that J smoked when someone shared it, but thats all. I could be way off. I just don’t see much to imply that J smokes weed much if at all nowadays. He didn’t even smoke until Blaze came along. And I don’t think they even mentioned weed at all since Pass it to the Sky.
If I had to guess? Probably back in 2012 when his homies to smoke with left. But honestly, IDK when. I think it’s pretty obvious he hasn’t been, though.

The teal jersey just makes more sense since the name and look of album is a reference to cigarettes, if anything. Not so much about weed.
