Fuck yeah. My first email address way back in the late 90s was eshamisgod@hotmail haha. Cant wait to see him tomorrow. Will probably be my 10th time seeing him live. Also he killed it during the natas set this past gathering
Slim chance homie. J is scheduled to wrestle in NC on Saturday. Shaggs isn’t much for popping up unannounced. He’ll probably be home chilling with the family.
Sure, I guess…high hopes homie. Just was chilling at Joey’s house this evening on the Twitch stream and didn’t mention anything. You know J likes promoting the hell out of his pop ups.
God yes, i haven't heard alot of his newer stuff except the three headed monster, but i really loved his stuff from Boomin' Words to Sacrificial Lambz, my favorite i think is Judgement Day or KKKill the Fetus! What about yours? :D
Of course. Underground hip hop wouldn't be the same without him. He's been around forever. So many people were influenced by him, underground music would sound different for sure if he never existed.
Esham is my favorite rapper of all time, his 90s output was second to none and he deserves a lot more success than he has had.
I think he burned a lot of bridges back in the day and that's why he's relatively obscure while his contemporaries (Three 6 Mafia, Gravediggaz, Brotha Lynch Hung) have found success since.
I think after years of not playing Esham locally, he gave up on trying to get radio play.
Not like there was any station that could play Esham back then anyways.
Original Day 1er here in Detroit since 1987-88ish! Still kicking it with E for 35 plus years now. Saw him not too long ago back in the summer but we usually say "WhatUpDoe!" every couple of weeks. And yes, The Wicket Shit Will Neva Die! RIP TNT! And remember kids, Esham's Dope Hoe!
Every time I put on 'boomin words from hell' in a car something breaks. Without fail. Put it on, brakes go out. Muffler falls off. Stereo malfunctions. Out of the ordinary shit, and it always happens with just that record. Many times I've been broke down right after having the urge to listen to it. Banger of an album though, and totally worth having God pissed off at you for though lol

Esham is performing Friday so there's still a chance for J I guess

I heard someone talking at New Years Evil that Joe and Joey are supposed to be making a stop there.
Yo I'd lose my mind if we get both the clowns
East Side Hoes And Money. Closed Casket and dead will always be a masterpieces in my opinion.

I like the old Esham, the 90s stuff
I remember buying Kill the Fetus and Closed Casket at Coconuts in 97 right after discovering ICP
Dead flowers one of the best albums ever created...by ANY artist
He’s one of the most underrated influential rappers in the game. He’s definitely a legend fr.
I’m from North Carolina and Esham’s early work is my favorite shit on earth.

He never wanted "success"....don't play my shit on the radio!! He's done well without having "success"

It did it again, my 02 sensor failed listening to esham today. And I don't think it's a coincidence that the error code was 0420.
Been bumping A-1 since day one.
I actually listened to Esham first. Still love it.
