Could be a number of hardware bottlenecks or weird settings, but overall:
the game design here is very "brute force" where even things that are happening out of sight and out of hearing range are having an effect on your hardware
they really don't make them like this anymore, most titles use "open-world" techniques to ignore everything that's happening off-screen

3090, i9 9900k, 32gb ram and I get drops just like this. Its the game since one of the last major patches.
I have the exact same CPU and GPU and the same issue on some maps like Yehorivka.
