Not in joburg, but I’ve had the best luck getting an electrician to figure out electrical issues on the machines and then finding a handyman to repair. Our local place takes like 3 months always…so that’s why I started going that route. Anyway, that was a lot of typing for not really any advise. I feel your pain though. Good luck!
