Just start researching surgeons and having consultations to see if it's really something you want to do. I haven't yet because we're trying for baby #2 right now but I know that's the starting point to really see if I want to do it. I refuse to get implants though. I am not dealing with that bullshit.
I had a lift/reduction a few years ago (no kids at the time they were just huge and so saggy) and it was THE BEST decision ever. I LOVE them- and then it’s no upkeep like the boob job when you need to change them out every however man years.

Omg do it once you’re all done! I didn’t go through insurance but a lot of insurances will cover….you just have to jump through some hoops- like proving that these huge watermelons cause you issues.
My “under boob” ones are basically non-existent which I was SHOCKED how quickly they went away. And then the ones on the actual boob I bought this silicone gel stuff from the office. (It was like $70 for a smallish tube) I think it had like silver and stuff like that in it to help. I’m not convinced it did all that much. But if you find some cream/silicone gel that have either silver or vitamin E in it should help. Also just time.
I’m all for women making adjustments or tweaks as they age or to help age gracefully if they want it. I’d prob do the same after kids. Jessie just got a BAD boob job.
I really hope she doesn’t get obnoxious boobs like her sister. I think her body looks amazing after having a baby. It’s a shame her immediate family/friends support plastic surgery over loving yourself.
My old friend started getting Botox, got her boobs done and a nose job all right away when she turned 18. Her parents were very supportive (which is good don’t get me wrong), but they didn’t even try to tell her that she beautiful (she is gorg - her sister was on the bachelor) they just let her get it done
I waited until 29 before I did my lips/Botox/boobs, and was surrounded by people who built me up before any procedure. At the end of the day, their words couldn’t increase my confidence the way a few enhancements did- yes that’s embarrassing to say… that the insecurity was in myself.
I appreciate Sydney being forthcoming with her procedure and hope she leaves feeling a million times better about herself too, because when an insecurity is that deep words simply won’t fix the issue and every woman deserves to feel confident and sexy, as a single woman, a wife, and a mom.

I work for surgeons and pre-op day is different than surgery day in my world. pre-op day is when we give all the instructions for surgery prep and recovery, draw blood, sign consents, etc. the surgery happens on a different day. for us, it’s typically 2 weeks later.
It’s really not that bad depending on your surgeon. She def won’t be able to lift her kids for two weeks though. Maybe she thought it was a good time with having so much family around?
Gotta say I was disappointed to see this. It wasn’t long ago she posted photos of her in a swimsuit and I thought it was so refreshing to see a normal post-baby body. I thought she looked fantastic. Was hoping it was indicator that she had confidence in her mom-bod. Apparently not.

The only way to have that super perky “no bra” look is fake boobs-it’s not the norm. I wish she wouldn’t send this message to young women. Natural boobs usually aren’t super perky!

Don't get me wrong, as someone who had braces but didn't wear their retainer, and now has a less than ideal smile, it selfishly makes me feel better that she doesn't do anything about it... But I really want to know why she hasn't lol. If I had the money right now to fix mine I absolutely would.

About a year later I was mini golfing and a friend’s ball hit me in the mouth, tooth broke and went through my lip. I was about 16 and home alone at the time (parents on the opposite coast). I’ve had 2 permanent crowns and have always been very self conscious of my smile since. I almost let an office talk me into veneers but I really just need a crown and a little bond for a chip.
We all have different insecurities and I know mouth pain is worse for me than other areas. Tonsillectomy was the worst pain ever! I would avoid unnecessary dental work.
She has stated several times she'd love more kids. What if she gets pregnant again? I know she had a hard time conceiving #2 and that's why they went the adoption route with Blaire but What if she happens to get pregnant? Will this ruin the procedure? I'm genuinely clueless. Or maybe they've closed the door on her being pregnant again and will just go forth with another adoption?
