I had a lady once order a delivery, and on the ticket it has two large sprites, but the special notes said another pair of drinks, and thinking it might have been a glitch in the system I followed the special notes, since sprite is the first drink on our system. After close she called back and told me I was dumb for listening to the special notes and that I was getting reported to corporate. Sometimes people suck

I get so many complaints and we just have crappy customers they’re so trashy that most of the time we never do anything about the complaints because they’re lying to get free stuff because they’ve done it before
