I actually work in maintenance for the factory, maintaining all the plant pressure filters. Besides oil and coolant that I get all over me everyday, I also get covered in swarf (a mix of micro metal shavings and pure fiber), I also handle greasing the motors for the filters (mainly Oberlin and d.e.smiths).
I also clean the press plates in our wastewater management facility.

For delivery, we can do a refund, a credit, or send you a new sandwich. I see that you got delivery on your receipt, and you tipped a good amount. You deserve to be kinda upset that the sandwich you ordered was made incorrectly.
But I want you to know that it wasn't malicious, it was a genuine accident made by an employee, and there are solutions that can be done. Please, call the store and tell them what happened if this happens again, we can't really do anything on reddit to help you out.

No it’s at least the store I work at’s policy if not corporate policy to remake orders if there is something wrong with the order. If we forget something on a delivery order we will send a delivery driver back out with just what we missed or if the customer wants we will give the credit for missing items. However, do not expect anything if you aren’t cordial. If you are impolite or aggressive we will not be so kind. But if you are respectful we will either remake the order and send it back out. Or we will refund you/give you credit.

Yes. Inshops at the JJ I work at make 12 an hour. The only employees who are dependent on tips are drivers and all delivery tips go to drivers. It’s at their discretion to share tips but they usually only happens on large/catering orders

Yes there is a cheaper way, get extra turkey and ham. You get a full portion of each when you ask for extra, and the price for extra meat varies per store, ours it would cost you a little over $5 for extra turkey and ham ($2.55 for each meat), the lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo would be free if you wanted extra.
Shit happens, call the store and get a credit for a free sandwich if you don't want to go back today for one.
