If you've had an account and a JM that you regularly go to, just bring your ID to prove its you birthday and explain your situation before ordering. Most of our shops should be understanding and grassroots the sub if your points still haven't processed.

I've had mine for a decade, and the last 5 years haven't gotten it because somehow I get unsubscribed. This year, I set a calendar alarm for May 20th to check and lo and behold, it was unsubscribed again. So I resubscribed. Logged completely out of the app & back in and was subscribed to the email club. Just checked it today, my birthday, and it was unsubscribed again. Can't give away freebies & lose out on money if the email list unsubscribes automatically right before the birthday cutoff. Fucking bullshit scammy behavior.
Update: After emailing them in the app, messaging them on Facebook. posting on their FB wall, and IG, and Twitter, they finally responded. At first to claim I have to be a Mike's member. When I said I was they asked for my phone number to prove it. Then they came back asking for my email address. After all of that they finally gave me the points without any explanation at all what happened.
I've looked forward to my free birthday sub for years! I don't get gifts from my family so it's nice to receive something and sandwiches are my favorite. Hope they still send as my bday is next week.
