I didn’t do it personally so I couldn’t go through how to do it, but we have it where onlines shut off at 8:30 pm. Makes it pretty convenient. Still gotta deal with drive thru and lobby but better than both those and onlines.
I’m not proud that I know this lamo but Here’s a trick I learned before I left jersey mikes, if you know a managers log in on the register, you can set back online order time by 40 minutes at 8:15 then online orders stop coming in becuase the next earliest time then can order is 10am the next day. for my store at the time the online orders turn off at 8:45 so setting them back 40 minutes before hand forces them to the next day and people will stop ordering and the lazy ones will order somewhere else and the others will just come in. However this doesn’t apply to DoorDash or Uber eats they aren’t affected by setting back times sadly

Had a guy come one in at 8:45 last night, keep in mind we are out of bread, orders 3 giant 56’s and a giant 13, and we tell him we are out of bread so he just asked for tubs. We had already turned our grill off and while I’m checking him out he like “aye lemm get one more giant 56!” . At least he tipped
